Supply, Service & Engineering (SSE) Division
The Supply, Service and Engineering (SSE) Division is a division of AIANZ, represents aircraft engineering operations as well as other suppliers to the aviation industry.

As with the other AIANZ divisions, the SSE is an advocate for matters that impacts engineering and supply operators. It liaises regularly with the CAA on regulatory matters that affects the members in its division, but it is also active in other areas including training and education.
In recent times, the SSE, with the support of the AIANZ, worked successfully to have aircraft and aeronautical engineers placed on the Immigration New Zealand (INZ) website, so that such international workers could easily enter the country and fill desperate gaps in this workforce.
The immigration area is just one example of where the SSE and the AIANZ work together and protect the interests of engineers and suppliers in the aviation industry.
The members of this division are largely regulated under Part 145 of the Civil Aviation Act rules.

NZ Agricultural Aviation Association (NZAAA)
The NZAAA was the first division of the original AIANZ, and was founded in 1949. It was initially known as the NZ Aerial Work Operators Association.
NZ Helicopter Association (NZHA)
As with its counterpart, the NZHA promotes the interests of its members in addressing issues that threaten the operations of helicopters whether that use is for commercial or private means.
Training and Development
This division of the AIANZ provides leadership for operators that focus on training and development for the aviation industry.
Operational Division
The Operational Division represents the diverse interests of commercial fixed-wing operators, whether they are regular scheduled airlines providing services to, through and beyond New Zealand, or non-scheduled air transport or freight operators.
Agricultural Drone Operators
AIANZ offers a joint membership programme for agricultural drone operators. This programme offers people the opportunity to join both the New Zealand Agricultural Aviation Association (NZAAA) and UAVNZ divisions under a single membership of the Aviation Industry Association.
