AIANZ with the support of Ringa Hora Workforce Development Council has completed in-depth research into supply and demand in the New Zealand aviation sector workforce

Findings of the ‘Aviation Workforce Insights’ carried out by Scarlatti demonstrate that our industry is facing serious shortages of pilots and engineers that are set to worsen without policy intervention.

This research provides a strong base of evidence to back our ongoing advocacy for policy change across tertiary and immigration settings to help meet industry workforce needs into the future.
